Major Class Action Success – Minnesota Tip Pooling Violations (2024)

MSB Employment Justice served as Class Counsel alongside Reese LLP in a class action against a well-known restaurant chain that violated Minnesota’s tip-pooling statute. After three years of litigation, a settlement was approved compensating servers who were unlawfully denied gratuities.
